1990 307 V8 Heater Valve Connector

I have NOS Heater Valve 2250236 and it has a small female threaded connector on top that my blown original doesn't have. This is the replacement valve listed in the original part book. What goes on that connector. I know the heater hose goes on the big port and the vacuum line goes on the vacuum port but what goes on the threaded female?

That is a port for the temperatue sensor for automatic climate control vehicles. There originally were valves with and without that port, but over the years the manufacturers consolidated part numbers for cost savings and all the valves got the port so one part number worked for all applications.

So you don't need to connect anything there, it will be fine as it is.

Everything hooked up fine and now I have no coolant likes for the time being. I'm sure a different leak will replace it.
