1978 Cutlass No Start Issue
It's Been A While Since I Have Been On Here, I Have To Start Off With Hi Everybody How Have You Been And Now I Want To Get To The Issues I'm Having. My First Issue Is I have A Fuel Problem Where Either The Pump In My Holley Is Shot or Once Again I'm Not Getting Fuel from The Tank. Second Issue Is If It Is A Piece Of Line Running From The Tank How Would I Tell Besides Jacking Up The Car Obviously. i know I Have Spark Because I Shocked The Living Hell Out Of My Hand Yesterday Holding The Spark Plug And Cranking The Car At The Same Time(Not A Smart Idea).....I Want To Drive My Car And I Also Want To Tackle The Overheating Issue I Have, It Has A New Thermostat And Water Pump. The Engine Is A Rebuilt 403 bored .20 with less than 10 miles on it.Since THe Last Time I Made A Post The Car Has Sat...I Believe Since July Because I've Been Busy With School And Now I want To Take It To School So I Can Do A Few Mods To The Suspension To Make It Handle Better And Replace The Crappy OEM Shocks Up front. Could Someone Please Help Me Figure It Out.

The only things I can suggest is to first remove the line either on the discharge side of the fuel pump or at the carb and see if you have fuel to the carb. If you have fuel to the carb then start looking at the float and accelerator pump. If not then you need to work back toward the tank.

Its hard to read your post with a capitol leter in every word.
"or Once Again I'm Not getting fuel from The Tank." would be my guess, and
what fuel pump are you runnen?
mechanical... remove supply line at pump, suck on it, get gas = bad pump.
inline electric= listen for it, dont hear anything= no power or bad pump, hear it= cloged filter somewhere.
