1968 Olds Cutlass S Thermostat Housing

Is the correct thermostat housing for a 1968 Olds Cutlass S 350 a cast iron one with the formed by-pass hose? Would it have the number 410772 on it?

Not sure what the number is, but 68 would have a molded hose.

No. The '68 350 used the cast alloy one that requires the 'U' shaped bypass hose. I think the one with the 'U' shaped tube built into it started ~ 1970....
