I had the same problem today from this phantom member. I couldn't seem to find him anywhere or find a way to report him. I just deleted him!

This **** knocker used E-Mail function to send messages; and, evidently no PMs. As a reminder every member has the opportunity to NOT ALLOW E-Mail subscriptions. This may or may not be a hindrance to some members; yet, it does provide some safeguard to assist in thwarting off these douche nozzles.

In your Control Panel>Settings & Options>Edit Options>Edit Email Subscriptions, uncheck/disable.
