Posting Images
I'm trying to post images of my 1985 Toronado, but get the message:
(): Sorry, this image type is not supported yet.
The image I'm trying to post is in the JPEG Image (.JPG) format. Shouldn't that work? Thanks.

The site supports .jpeg (jpg) images, but they have to be within size limitations you will see on 'manage attachments'.
Try this:
* clik the 'go advanced' tab
* Press the icon that looks like a paper clip; and A 'Manage Attachments' box will appear
* Choose (navigate on your computer to where the pics are stored) and hit 'open'. repeat for all 5 pics.
* Hit 'upload'. It may take a bit of time depending on your pic resolution. If you have ultra high res, you will have to 'resize' them with your picture editor to a 1024X768 size for the C.O. server to accept them.
* Close the "manage attachments' box.
* Preview your post and the images will be at the bottom
* Hit 'submit post' and the thread will have the images installed at the bottom. Unfortunately you can only do 5 pics at a time this way.
If you have the pics hosted on another web server?
* Copy the IMG url and Press the icon that looks like an envelope with mountains on it. Paste the URL into that box and hit 'ok'. You can install up to 20 images this way.
* Be sure to preview your work.
* Make sure the images don't carry on across the page, stack them for easier viewing.

Still Trying
I thought reducing the size of the images would fix my problem, but I guess it didn't. Not sure where the "manage attachments" selection is located; also can't seem to find the "advanced" option. Sorry to be such a pain!

At the bottom of the thread under the last post will be the dialogue (or message) box. Clik the little tab under it that says "Go Advanced". That opens a new box with more options on the header. Choose the image that looks like a paper clip - that's the path to 'manage attachments'. From there you choose the pics by browsing through your pics. The hit 'upload'. It can take a minute depending on the number and size of the images. Try that and see how it goes.
