Hi there. Wasn't sure how to get in touch with the mods, but figured this is probably the best section of the forum.

I made my first post earlier today, a thread selling my 1972 Cutlass Supreme Convertible in the Classifieds section. It told me to wait until the post was approved. I then checked the Classifieds forum section about 30 minutes ago and my thread was there. Success! However, when I just refreshed the page, the thread is gone.

I read the rules before posting and believe I followed them correctly. If not, please let me know what I didn't get right so I can redo the post. Thanks.

 

That's unfortunate. I doubt it was done intentionally by any of the moderators - accidents do happen occasionally, but still unfortunate. Hopefully you didn't inadvertently delete my mistake? I see it states you have two (2) Posts since joining, but you have only one (1) Post which is viewable; so, undoubtedly you did have two (2) posts at one point in time. I don't know what to say. It's unlikely a moderator can retrieve your post. The only thing I can think of which would have prompted anyone to delete the post is if it did not have a selling/asking price. If there was no selling/asking price they (moderators) are rather quick to delete a thread/post which doesn't follow the rules on that one particular item alone.

It was not deleted, it was flagged for approval because your new and the system thought it may have been spam.
