Can I please change my email address, my old 1 is off I haven't been on classic olds in 8 years thank you

Go into your User Control Panel. Change your email address.

I can't find user control panel, I'm on a phone not computer, I've found my old messages

You'll need to use a PC. I can't find it on mobile either.

Once you get to user cp, the first selection below that is "Edit Details" you can change it there.

No. You do not need to use a PC. I just took a picture of it on my phone and I posted the image from my phone.
