Retaining Private Messages

I hope that someone can help. I had a recent experience in which my private messages were full. I didn't know, and the sender was unable to reach me. Is there any way that I can save private messages from our site somewhere and free up space?

I will appreciate your suggestions.

Yes. I'll make a screenshot for you demonstrating the location for saving messages. Hang tight...

Navigate to your User Control Panel (upper RH corner), open User Control Panel, on left-hand side of page go to List Messages. Scroll down the List Messages window and note on the right-hand side of window/page the several options to save/download PMs. Pick your poison....

Likely the easiest method is to move the messages you select via "Move to folder" option. It's a rather straight-forward process.

You're welcome. The "Edit Folders" (option) of the Private Messages (left hand side of page) will make far more sense for you moving forward as you can add &/or delete Private Message Folders or change (Edit) the names of Folders.
