Opening attached pictures in threads

Is anyone besides me having trouble opening pics that are posted in the different forums? As I recall, this happened awhile back and somehow it was fixed. But it's happening to me again. When I click on a pic, the whole screen just goes into a shadow and the pic doesn't come up. Under normal conditions, my screen did not get a shadow and the pic came up nicely after a couple of seconds. Am I doing something wrong?

You may need to reboot your device and browser.

I've had it happen to me every now and then. It always cleared after a reboot. All pictures using IE open fine.

Pics are opening for me again now. I just turned off the computer last night and turned it on again this morning and the pics come up when I click on them. I still get the "shadow" but the pics open. The "shadow" goes away when I close the pics.

An alternative is to right click, get a box of mumbo jumbo, then click open in a new tab, the picture opens and it is much bigger and can be enlarged further by putting the cursor on the picture, you will see a tiny plus in a circle, just click the picture it gets even larger. The pics will always open when you do this.

Have fun

Hey, this continues to be an ongoing problem. I shouldn't have to continually reboot to use this site, no problems with all the other forums I frequent. What is the issue?

Same here. I thought it was just me so I didn't say anything. But, apparently, it's more than just me!
