New to the site, can't access PM's

Hello all. I've been a regular on Chevelles.com for a while but recently purchased a 72 Cutlass project. I need some pieces and emailed a member on the classified forum, but cannot pull up his reply message.

It also shows that my mailbox is completely full and I cannot do anything until I clean it out and make room but I only have one msg in there and I cannot access it.

Anyone have any ideas? If a moderator reads this, could you maybe fix it or tell me how to?

All in all, looks like a great site. I look forward to cruising and learning.

Mike

It probably is because you have to have five posts since you are new. They had to do that to get rid of all the spam we were getting. It worked too.

Thanks very much for the reply. I saw in red letters where it said that the newbie forum was the only place new guys could post. Now I know.

I know what you mean about the spam crap. I wish sites like Craigslist had a way to get rid of the constant tire ads and wrecking yard posts--they are saturated with that stuff. Hard to enjoy what the site is supposed to be for to begin with.

Oh well.......I guess I'll send out a few posts so I can be a full fledged member. I'm pretty familiar with A body cars, but new to the Cutlass body style, so I actually do have a few questions. Thanks again.
