Is always logged in here but last weeks i have seen that "cloudflare" do a check before the
CO site comes up. This must be something new ??

 

Glenn - This site does use Cloudflare. I have not received a Cloudflare login prompt - yet. Was it a Cloudflare (Turnstile) CAPTCHA login prompt? Thanks for sharing feedback.

 

Periodically the site asks members to change their password? Is that what happened?

I've never encountered that check but doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I do know that there has been a lot of bot activity on this site in the past year with one time having 38000 the same night. There have been other instances of older inactive member profiles being hacked and used for scamming or spamming. While a small inconvenience, at least the site is trying to be proactive to prevent these occurrences.

 

That’s a Cloudflare Turnstile login challenge. IB is likely implementing login challenges employing select configuration criteria for which I have absolutely no further knowledge since configuration parameters/rules are solely established by IB (and Cloudflare). As mentioned, I personally have yet to be challenged.

 

I've seen it on other sites, but not here, yet.

Cloudflare su#ks . I really like CO but if the Cloudflare erases all you have written that,s not funny.

 

I have been getting those on most of the places I visit for a few weeks.

 

if you're on a VPN images may not appear even if they are there, can you send a link because otherwise I don't know what you're referring to.

 

This was pics from my computer like i have done many times earlier. When it should send the message in the thread Cloudfare came up and the message was gone

Same thing happend today , i read a thread and should put in a answer . Clicked on the
"post quick reply" button , Cloudflare came up and my answer was erased

Started to write without reading anything first and then it worked so there must be some sort
of time limit. But very annoying.

 

Hi , worked better today , wrote some texting and pics and the message got thru without been erased.
( i did a copy of my reply to be sure but hope it works now )
