Can't upload pics.

Trying to upload a pic of a tach on a 67 442 and it stalls at 90%. Tried different formats without success.
Any suggestions?

From a mobile device (e.g. phone), PC desktop, laptop, tablet? Do you receive a specific error? If so what is the exact error statement. Are you using a VPN?
