[not mine] 1970 442 with W27?

I saw an ad come up for a 1970 442 for $12,000. Owner says it has a w27 rear end but from the picture its too zoomed in and I can't see if its a cover or not. I figured I'd share the info here.

Description:
Selling my 1970 Oldsmobile,442. Has the big block 455-365 horsepower with the 400 transmission. Power steering,disc brakes, with the 400 transmission . Car is straight and has lots of potential. Been sitting a long time, needs new owner. Will start but hearing a light knock in motor. I'm only asking 12k for car,

its just the cover. Not the complete centersection. You can see the rust all over the rear behind the cover...

Offer $7k, or less.

Motor knock could be a $4k repair.
