245-60 or smaller will ensure no rubbing.

Having a similar conversation over in tire forums. I'm running 255/60/15 BFGs on all corners of my 69 hard top with some rub issues up front. Worse then others it seems.

255/60/15 front, 275/60/15 Rear. My fronts rub a little, but just because mine is lowered. Didn't rub at all when stock height.

Which one?

Everyone is assuming you mean A body. If so 245 60 15s all around will not rub. Out back you can run 235 245 255 or 275 60 15s.

255/60/15 Rear 255/50/15 Fronts. Weld Rodlites, No rubbing and a great stance (providing your springs, shocks, etc. are in decent shape.

255 50 15s ? Really?
Is that a real size or is that a double typo?
Did you mean 235 60 15 front?

Thanks for the correction! Car is getting some work done so I couldn't look at the tires to verify but remember a difference of 10 in the numbers 255/60/15 rear and 245/60/15 front would be better numbers! I'll check today when I pick up the car to make certain. Thanks for the correction didn't mean to steer anyone in the wrong direction!

Alright, Way off! Sorry for the misinformation and thanks for the correction. I went to the car and 100% I have 255/60/15 Rear 235/60/15 Front. Gives it perfect stance (for me) using Moog springs, bilstein shocks, moog bushings, ball joints, etc. I'll check my info before posting again, sorry guys!
