I’ve checked the belts,they are sitting correctly. I’m beginning to think it’s the crank pulley. It’s the only belt squealing. It squeals when I turn on the a/c and mash the gas.

Could you have a V groove mismatch or the wrong spec belt or both?
The belt needs to be the correct OEM size/spec. I am describing the depth and profile of the V shape. Most of the big box house of chineasium parts stores only have GP junk belts. They don't have enough "meat" in the V area.
What happens is the belt is only making good contact with the pulleys at the very top of sheaves versus gripping the whole V shape of the groove like the OEMs. That looks like what your belt is doing.
The pulley on the aftermarket pump could have the wrong size V groove, and is not compatible with the Olds OEM pulleys??
Check with Year One or Fusick for the right spec belt. The other problem could be an overcharged system. That will make the pump harder to turn. Check the belt spec first then see what the high side pressure is doing.
Have you discussed this with Vintage Air?

I have the exact same size that’s on the vintage air paperwork. I can say that the belt sits down in the groove a tad and that could be the reason it’s not gripping when I give it gas.

V belts ride on the sides of the belt. If it bottoms out in the groove it will squeal.
The edges of your belt look bad too like the pulleys aren't aligned or are riding too low. I prefer to see my V belts either flush with the outer edge of the pulley or just proud of it.
In your case I would go with the next wider size. This will require I resizing check of the belt.
