Bumper I.D.

So I have these two front bumpers and one I believe is for a 73 cutlass supreme and not sure about the other. Both are rechromed and very nice.
I have been told there is a difference between cutlass/supreme and 442. Can anyone educate me on this?

The only difference I see there is the rub strip, which was a $24.00 option on any Cutlass under RPO VE5 that year.

EDIT: OK, I see it. The difference isn't 442 vs non-442, it's Supreme vs. lesser Cutlii. The Supreme header sticks out further. I have to admit that I didn't know that either, though I've never been a big fan of the 73-77 cars.

EDIT #2: Well, apparently Supremes and Salons both got the "Durante" nose. Basic Cutlii did not. Witness these pages from the 1973 dealer brochure.
