The 1970 "hood scoops" are a complete fiberglass hood. Again, there are many vendors who sell these. Pretty much every 1970 Cutlass and Faux Four Two has one now.

Thank you Joe,
I was interested in obtaining the two separate scoops found on the 70 model. If not available, I'll try fabricating my own if I could find the dimensions. Once again, thank you.

They aren't "two separate scoops". It's a one piece fiberglass hood with two scoops molded in. That's what I posted a photo of, above.

Sorry,
I was just hoping somebody made just scoops to retrofit a standard hood w/o the expense of a replacement hood and also incurring the shipping fees. Thanks for the education, I'm still in the learning phase, proboaly for a long time to come.

Sorry, nope. The contour of the metal hood is different from that of the 'glass hood.

I just saw these on ebay, I guess someone is making them.

But like Joe said the hood contour is different on an OAI hood and this would probably make a pretty funky looking hood.

Why? Just because you CAN do something doesn't mean that you should...
Actually, this looks like a vendor who was making a full hood (note the last photo in the ad) and it was somehow damaged or defective, so he tried to salvage it. As someone who did add a 'glass scoop to a metal hood in my young and stupid days, suffice to say that there WILL be lots of cracking at the seam due to differences in thermal expansion.
Oh, and if you look in the background of the photo above, apparently he also makes a horse's ***...
