wire problems
wire problems
Hello I am new here.
My name is Derk Appeldorn and live in the Netherlands (holland) other side of the world.
I bought a week ago a 1969 oldsmobile 88 delta.
The ex owner ripped the most of the wire's from the car.
I am rebuilding the car, new paintjob, etc.
I'am using yet the wire diagrams of the 65'and 66' and it's confusing in collors with my olds.
Does anyone have pix or a diagram from the 69'?
It's a 350 engine (ex owner thougt it was a 424) casting number 395558 2
With a rebuild automatic transmision. ( from a bigblock?)
And can i use a dual exhoust, by putting a other exhoust header i already have.
But first the steps:
Fase 1 to make the car run again
I already beginning to hate the wires
and thinking about a better distributor for better timing.
Fase 2 getting the body fixed again, rustbusting and new paintjob. new roof etc.
other side of the world
