You might be looking for a long time .
13 inch wheels were installed as standard on 61-63 Cutlass and Buick Special .
They did offer a 15 inch wheel option . (rare) Both wheels had 4 lugs.
There was no 14 inch wheel offered .

Yes their was a 14 inch wheel. It was an option in 1963 and 15's were only on the F-85 because they didn't have a full size wheel cover only a hubcap.

OK, I worked as a mechanic "back in the day" and most Cutlass/F-85's and Skylarks/ Specials had 13 inch wheels .
I saw one F-85 with 15 inch wheels , and thought it was a real oddity.
It used a very narrow tire . 6.70 X 15 or so .
I'm not going to dispute that were 14 inch Y body wheels . I just don't ever recall seeing one .

I am sure Ken can correct me if I am wrong but I believe the 14's were only available for 63 with the 13's being standard. I know 13's and 15's were the only thing available for 62.

Eric is correct. 14" was a 1963-only option (at least for Olds; I'm not an expert on what Buick might have offered). Of course, Ken owns a 1963 Jetfire, so...

And just so we're all on the same page, the 14x4.5" wheel is P/N 587412, as shown in this page from the parts book (at the bottom).

Pretty sure I gave a set of 14's to Rosecity but I saw that he was liquidating his 63 Cutlass collection.
Not sure he is around anymore?
