And they still aren't "headers" any more than the tubular manifolds on roller cam 307s are "headers".

for thornton they look pretty sad.thought they did better work.

To be fair, the Thornton tubular manifolds will definitively out flow those 307 manifolds, not saying much. Olds used the regular cast iron manifolds which are horrible in place of the tubular one's on the mighty 307 HO so they must have been beyond horrible.

I seen someone call them headers LOL. They don't have any of the features that make headers headers LOL. In laymen's terms atleast.
