Pegging the meter...

None of them, obviously. The 2drs would have had a 112" wheelbase. Given how much other incorrect info is in that ad, I don't have a lot of confidence that the seller can drive a tape measure. In any case, if someone cut and welded a VC frame, you can make the wheelbase whatever you want.
Obviously this started life as a Supreme that has had a Vista roof and back end grafted onto it. It even still has the Supreme grills. If someone swapped the VC VIN tag, then yes it will decode to a Vista. Wow, that's a resounding proof. He cleverly doesn't include a side shot in the ad - I'm guessing the bodywork is less than stellar. The ad copy made coffee come out my nose.

Talked about here a few years ago, maybe not this one but a couple others built the same. I wonder if this is the source of his "research".

It appears to be this same car from 2010 with the now-mandatory repro W25 hood. The article even has the same BS story. I've heard lots of similar undocumented stories over the last four decades. Let's just say that real Olds showcars and styling exercises have been documented and can be found on the web. There is not one scrap of proof to back up the story on this car. Frankly, Olds would not have force-fit non-compatible body lines like the Supreme back windows if the factory were actually building a styling exercise or showcar. Clearly this was cobbled by someone using existing sheet metal.

I agree with everything you've stated except this point of clarification. 72 Vista Cruiser used exactly the same grills as the CS
BTW, this is around the 4th or 5th alleged '2 door OEM Vista Cruiser' claimed to exist. The one that looks the nicest IMO is this one that keeps the proper rear quarter lines:

I would drive this one. Tastefully done except for the fender emblem.
Thanks for the pic Allan. It would be cool to find more info on it. 455, buckets and a console w/air. Now that would be sweet.

I have seen this car online for several years, off & on. I would like to see it in person to see how good/bad the conversion was. Also I've never seen any pictures of the rear seats or interior area other than the dash. I'd like to see the tail gate area, B & C pillars, etc...
Johnny,
I don't expect you to take the trip just for me but if you're in the area can you get pix?
