Brandon,
I am assuming you are just looking for the bracket, the tube should be the same and the one you have is in really nice condition. I am pretty sure I don't have one but I will look. Here is a pic for those trying to help.

Sorry - I had posted something thinking the TUBES were different (350-4spd VS 455 4 spd) but looked in the assembly manual and saw that they are, in fact, the same PN (PN on JHarsh's pic wasn't real legible). Was going to say all you needed was the correct clamp since your tube appeared to be correct.
Anyway, deleted it after I looked up the tube PN's.

No - I checked my manual here (the pic on the screen, being a computer screen, was JUST grainy enough to make the numbers appear POSSIBLY different).
The Assembly Manual page (like the page shown in JHarsh's pic) shows the two tubes to be THE SAME part number (350 4 spd and 455 4 spd). That's what JHarsh mentions in his posting above as well.
So....you don't need a different tube if you have the tube shown in the pic YOU posted. You just need the 455 4 spd BRACKET (Assembly Manual calls it a "clamp").
If worst comes to worst, I'm thinking you may be able to remove the "arm" from your 350 clamp (it's spot welded together) and weld it back onto the other part of the clamp (the part that actually surrounds the tube) in a position that will be the same as shown in the manual. You may have to "flip" the clamp part of the clamp and then weld the arm back on at a 90 degree angle to make it all look "original".
I'll check a couple I have here and see if this is a valid "fix"/option.
