72 Cutlass - Tire/Wheel Options to still rotate?
What I currently have on the car is 225/70 R14 Cooper Cobra Radial GT's.
I'm "old school" so the wheel will be either chrome or polished Crager S/S style wheel. Local tire shop said go polished over chrome...
I'd also like to have RWL, so it seems that Cooper or BF Goodrich are my two reasonably priced choices?
I may have to go black-wall and I will if the cost difference is significant...
If I go RWL, it seems like I'll need to stay with a 15 rim? I don't want to go stupid crazy on tires and wheels as I'll keep what is currently on the car for later if needed.
Being the cheapskate/frugal guy that I am, I'd like to be able to rotate my tires.. I am satisfied with the ride height and don't really want to go lower...
So, recommendations for the widest tires and corresponding wheel size I'd go with should be????
Thanks for your opinions and if you have pics, they would be appreciated...

I had to bump up to 15" to clear brake calipers. I went with Cooper Cobra P245/60R15 tires in all four corners. I mostly went with the Cooper tires because they were less than $100 each at Walmart.com with free shipping, and I wanted five so I could have a spare. I drive the car nearly every day and have to stop for gas every other day, so I'm putting a lot of miles on the car.
I was able to get the five wheels for $200 and the five tires for a little less than $500, so about $700 all in for five.
The tires have performed very well, but I did get caught in a very hard unexpected downpour once, and the car hydroplaned a lot even at relatively low speed. Not sure how much I should attribute that to the tire, but I'm keeping that in mind going forward. I don't drive the car when rain is in the forecast, but sometimes the forecast is wrong.
