Okay who has one going or in the planning stage please tell us about it.I have none

 

I got the 355 i have been working on for 3 years now that im almost done building. 030 probe pistons , zero deck , all machining done by Borowski race engine, align hone , boreing honing balancing etc etc. Cylinder heads where ported by 67Cutlassfreak , Im doing all the assembly and final measuring a file fitting of rings etc etc . Using a howards 512/512 227/234 lift cam on a 110 with ford 1.73 roller rockers on the intake and 1.6 on the exhaust . Hopfully i will have it all buttoned up by the spring and i will swap it in the summer.

My current 355 that im running now will get minor mods to try to squeeze a few more tenths to put it in the low 12's. Adding a 3.90 gear , ram air set up , full roller rockers , and im considering locking out the timing with an msd box and a time retard set up to fire it up.

If i can get into the low 12's with what i have now that other 355 should go into the 11's. There is a few discrepancies between the two builds such as my current 355 has no porting but it has bigger 2.07 valves vs the 2.00 valves on the ported heads. My current engine has a much bigger cam but im only running a 1.6 ratio with the 1.72 that howards will be bigger than what i have now. It will also have .15 more compression , My current build has speed pro flat tops and the probes are much lighter and have a better ring pack.
