Sometimes when we run with a specific configuration in the cell, it's hard to get both wide open throttle and have it return to idle. While we could make this happen with enough effort, it's usually when we are not running a 4150 flanged carburetor. Here in the cell, during a pull, you see Ron verify that it goes to WOT, but when the pulls over you can see him push the throttle back to idle as it was hanging up a bit. This doesn't happen often, but it happens. You can see Ron calm as a Hindu cow standing next to the engine making the pull!
