Anyone got a opinion on a cheap radiator for my race car? It is a blank canvas and will have a 455 block front plate electrical water pump.

Depends on how much room you have, I would assume quite a bit so take a look at the BeCool "Boneyard" series. Summit has them for $260 but I found them on ebay for $204. That's the unit I'm going to run in my '40 ****** coupe.

Home made fuel injection intake! I did not make it! The guy who originally built this car did. I am taking a shell of a race car that has a messed up chassis no floor pans and a roll cage that could not be used because someone cut the door bars off to short.Per NHRA you can not add extra length to the bottom of a cage after it has been cut off .That is call slugging it you get caught you are banned for life from every NHRA track. So I had a new funny car cage installed. I am attempting to revive this Race car to be able to race it at NHRA tracks.

I’m pretty sure I found a right up on it or something quite a while ago on an old website called anglefire after reading a debate on rop and wanted to find more info on the car. Very interesting car and history it’s cool that your saving it.

Yes I found the car in Canada. Angel fire was where several pictures were posted as well as the guy who built this car in the beginning.

Come on and let the time pass! I need the 25th to get here quicker. Maybe I will just take the block in a little sooner to be bored. Hmm maybe I should take the diesel block and get the 409
stroked crank cut to fit that block too!!!

Well life get in the way sometimes. This car is been to long in the finishing stage. Today is my birthday and work to get this back on track to finish just kicked in again. Call Cutlassefi Mark today about a cam. Went and seen a buddy to help make headers. He said bring the car in. This car is back on the front burner and I hope stays there till it is done this time.

I live in California, not so much lately and Colorado. I run Div 5 NHRA stock, and test often in Kearney Nebraska. I also have other cars I use to test engine packages.
I have friends over 70 that race and really enjoy themselves, never stop the progress on your car!

Well deal was made with Mark on cam and lifters. Check is in the mail. I hope to talk to him again and do more deals. Also no longer going to use Victor on this build as I changed to a lower compression combo. I am excited to finally be moving forward again.

Is that the only parts you need to be SFI track ready components?

No go for me this time around

Got that part in may of 2014. I remember seeing others to choose from with the SFI label on them(not mine though). I've been noticing alot of my parts are unavailable now as well. I will need to check that out by race track(thunder valley raceway) for their rules?
