Olds powered Gasser Wars

Does anyone remember the Olds powered Gasser Wars and match races from the 1960s? Big John Mazmanian, Stone, Woods & Cook, whatever?
Would you be interested in such a race today?

I had the SW&C model.

Born in the middle sixties I missed out on gassers.
Would love to see that!

Gasser war is on! Two of them are signed up for the Eddyville races July 6-7.

Nice Omega, SBORule! Be sure to bring it to the OCA Nationals this year, and the race at Eddyville! I know Florida isn't next door, but neither is Albuquerque.

That's too far for me, heck 150 miles is too far.
