"late 400 big block". 🤔🤔❓

a 'G' block 400 ?

It's because of the last two years of the 400 bore and stroke 3.870 X 4.250, this head uses a combustion chamber width that's more in-line with the bore size!

that would be a snappy 68-69 400 flat top with 69cc heads creating some furry danglers

I asked this before and got a no for an answer. I’ll try again,, will they be available bare?

every other Edelbrock Olds head has been available bare, so why not this one?

I really think these will make the late 400's run extremely well!

These will be 68cc's...

Nice , maybe next year I would like some milled down to about 62-64 cc and stick on my 70 310HP L74 wagon , already scored a RPM intake to use with it

I’m still pushing for that.
But right now they have an extensive inventory of valves and springs etc. for these so they kind of want to move as much of that as possible. I’ve known this for months. That’s one reason why I was confident these were in fact going to happen, even though the naysayers insisted otherwise.
