Girdle or Halo? There’s a difference.

Gotcha. But if you’re not going above the 600 mark a halo will do just fine.

Could also go the 4 bolt main conversion route. I was skeptical about them before but I know a few racers who successfully have used these with no issues. Just bought a set myself!

You mean four bolt main caps and not use a halo girdle?

I’m not sure why you would go through all this if you’re only going to make 600 hp.

Yeah I get it Mark but it’s definitely cheaper than a girdle if he does decide to go more than 600hp.

For 600 hp all you need is a 5 main halo and an internally balanced rotating assembly with a quality balancer. You’ll be fine.
