324 log manifold's fit a 455 ?

wondering if 324 6 deuce log manifold's can be fitted on a 455 old's engine ? If they would hold enough air for the big block & can be fitted bye way of a custom fitted steel flange

I guess with enough fabrication anything can be done ... but why?

I seriously doubt that port layout and spacing would even be close. You would need to fabricate throttle linkage, a valley pan for the 455 and coolant crossovers.

My son has a 71 delta 88 royale, which he is doing traditional 70's lowrider hes running original cragar rims. Just thought the intake and rims would go very nice together. I'm not educated a whole lot on major hi performance but I'm good with fabrication & I work at a machine shop. If its possible I will take the chance on making it work

Save your money, or if it is cheap enough, buy it and resell it for a profit. You are looking at three generation difference in engine block design, doubtful anything would fit or match up. There is a demand for that part though. The vintage hot rod group is always looking for the old speed equipment stuff, getting harder and harder to find.. Tedd

The first gen Olds motors used a separate valley cover plate. The second gen motors (like the 455) use the intake as the valley cover. Not even close. Can something be fabricated? Sure. What are your skills, what tools do you have, etc?

Ok yes forgot about the 455 valley area being covered by the intake. But if the logs dont work we will put them on our 55 olds with no issue
