I've been doing this for more years than I care to remember; however, I can't say that I've ever heard of a "dust pan" on a 455 engine. Can you elaborate? Thanks, Bob.

"A dustpan is a cleaning utensil, commonly used in combination with a broom or brush. The dustpan may appear to be a type of flat scoop."

I probably have a spare cowl tag
body style and colors will differ from your car of course. Dirt cheap.

Or any engine, for that matter. This occurred to me as well, but I was afraid to say anything for fear that everyone would know what a "dust pan" is as far as engines go (and "cowl plates," too, for that matter), and I would look like an idiot for not knowing.

I wondered if this is what he meant, but why would anyone want one that's not correct for their car?

More than likely he is referring to the dust cover for the TH 400.
