I am needing a med blue interior passenger side door panel that isn't torn up.
1971 Cutlass 4 Door Town Sedan, rear passenger.

I have one that has a couple of arrow shaped tears in it, small.
Any recommendations on repair appreciated or just replacing the panel.

I have all hardware and original in intact other than a couple of small tears.

I have some four door panels as do others. Can you post a picture to make sure ours matches yours?
