I am looking for a reasonably price Hurst Olds Hood for my son's 83 Cutlass.

 

What is a H/O hood? with scoop?

I have some G-body parts but it sounds like your part must have certain special features. I have not expanded my expertise to 1983 H/O details, so help a brotha determine what will meet your needs.

 

83/84 Hurst Olds had the same hoods. You can expand your search a bit using that.

 

Thanks for the info my son is doing upgrades to his cutlass and wants to and that effect to his car with the hood . the swap meet season has started and we will be hitting the shows. thanks again John

 

You can buy an after market hood scoop, with the two moldings, various places online and just mount it to your own cutlass hood... the hoods are the same, just a matter of drilling some holes.... Example below....
