I've got the glass too, in Southern Oregon. So the big question is where are you located? The door glass is flat and shouldn't be too much of a problem to ship. The back window is large and curved, that would likely need a crate to protect it in shipping. If your close enough to drive and pick it up from somebody that would be the best option.
