72 442 Brake Cast Combination Valve

I have a 72 442 with power disc brakes and I am looking for the cast NOT BRASS brake combination valve that mounts on the frame. I sent mine to Karps to be rebuilt and they said the bore was to pitted to rebuild. Please let me know if anyone has a NOS one or a clean used one.

Thanks,
Karl

I have two or three of those ( if anyone else needs one ) as I am using the 70 style.

I have seen Bendix and Delco, for the 71-72. Not sure if there was a reason for the different brands. They also have a Julian date, but it can't be seen when installed.

That looks exactly like the one I have on my 72 with PDB. I cleaned mine up when I did the rebuild last year. Here's guaranteed 1972 PDL for comparison.

Freshly removed and rear port blocked

Other side

Cleaned, sprayed with clear (looks like painted silver, but the flash just shows it brighter) and partly reinstalled

Allan has the Delco version, but you can see that they are the same.
If you remove the frame bracket, you will see the Julian date cast into the body of the valve.
