That support is a 72,depending on how particular you are.

 

I have this one available from a 71, it is not 100% rust free however.

$125 plus shipping through Fastenal.

 

That is a 72 support.
How they heck did they rot out the top? Was the battery mounted on the hood?
If I can find a nice top section,I could splice it onto that.

 

Where abouts in TX are you?
I have one from a 71 in my
storage. I am right outside Austin.
It will need a patch where the battey sits,
But it is straight, never hit, from a 71 S. $300.

Hello: I have a 71 core support. No holes, and only a little surface rust. Many places original paint is good. $350 Los Angeles, CA vista-cruiser@juno.com . I can send more detailed photos if you are interested. It has not been hit and in very straight condition. Thank you Trent
