Metal tubes for 2 barrell choke

I have a 1970 Cutlass convertible 2 barrell carb looking for plate with heat tubes for chock.Mount into intake with 2 bolts.Trust me none of these in Maine.Thanks!

Check with inline tube as well. I am pretty sure they have advertised new tubes, not sure if they also have the plate.
