Possibly check USA Parts Supply. Isn't that the same lettering that was used on the trunk of 64 models?

I can imagine how difficult it must be for you to find these. Didn't find anything on the web either. Now I understand why you're asking members if they have anything available.
There was a thread recently about a mega yard out in Colorado that had tons of these old cars. If I find that link I'll post it for you.
