Hi, thanks for viewing! I am having the hardest time finding my windows. I need the following for my 1968 Delmont 88 4 door hardtop:

Driver side front door window
Passenger side front vent window

I love this car and want to get it fully restored but step one is being able to secure the thing... if you have these windows you can sell me, or even know somewhere i can buy them that still sells them please let me know!

(please dont say "ask local glass shops" ... i did.. they all said my car was too old... sigh) thanks again for your time and hopefully for your help. my car could use a few other parts too over time if you have a parts one laying around and wanna contact me, please do!

I have '68 98 and '69 88 4drs for parts, but they are Luxury Sedan and post sedan models... pretty sure.

Your door windows have no frame around them, right?

Cite your VIN please so we are on the same page...

 

I have a 68 Delta 4drHT with everything still on car . If you dont find any some place else Keep me in mind and Come spring I will strip it , we are in deep freeze up here and 3 ft snow on the ground .

J-(Chicago) : i gave them a call, an incredibly knowledgeable gentleman answered, unfortunately he did not have the glass i seek. on a side note he DID tell em a ballpark figure for how much they SHOULD cost, which is more then i knew before, so thanks!

Octania: i pm'ed ya, but in case anyone else needs it the first bit of my vin is : 354398M which is 3= Oldsmobile, 54=Delmont 88 V8, 39 =4dr Hardtop, 8 =1968 , M= Lansing MI, then it has a 6 digit sequential serial number... anywho, yup! there is NO frame around the windows, when they roll down the front and back window make for one giant window... i love it. i however have no idea what other windows are compatible with these two if you have one that is im all ears!

rocwal: thanks for the post, if it makes it that long before replacement i might go insane but its nice to know there is a backup plan

 

I have the glass in Austin, Tx. 125 for both pieces.
