I might have to go that route, but I have had such good luck on this website that I always try here first.

 

Diamond Racing Wheel in Milwaukee, WI can make the hoops (Outer rings). I had then widen my rears to 10". They can cut our the centers and weld them on to the new rings as well. They charged $175 per wheel unpainted.
