Toro carb. Throttle arm typically differs a little.

7040251 is a common '70 455 carb. I've been under the impression this would have been typical on 88s/98s with 455s.

 

I just bought one off ebay for $180 shipped. Havent had a chance to install it yet. I got one off a 73, 7043256. I have a 70 98 auto
