Sean at USAPARTSSUPPLY.com told me he has a 66 for parts. Never dealt with them. Don't know color but may be worth an e-mail. Said car was almost to good to part out. Some people claim success at painting them. My 65 is good shape, but I want to go from blue to white.

I am working on a 65 98 convertible that must have been your older sib. Same blue on Blue, but is not staying that way. Now in rough primer, but metalwork is done. Finishing underhood and engine now. Will post some pics soon. Can I PM if I need some questions answered?

Hey! Jay and Jodi If you haven't yet removed the dash pad, you don't know what a treat you are in for. Finding a decent one is going to be a chore. If you find one in fairly good shape but it is the wrong color, it would be worth dyeing it - black or blue shouldn't be too hard. Good to see that you are back to working on the car.

That dash pad has 6 screws all the way up in the point and they are not easy to see or reach. EVERYTHING has to come out first just to get things out of the way.
