Try Stellar, a CO member. He has some hard to find stuff, and does a good rebuild too.

Thanks everyone. Just emailed Stellar. And as of now, I think I am OK with my current voltage regulator.

7J11 is the closest I can come. Does anyone else have something closer to the April 68 build date?

I have a 767 8D2 unit but it has been polished somewhat. You could use the rear case you have and blast the front case I have and probably use it. If you want to use the alternator rachetmaster has,I can change the F to B with my stamps and you would be perfect.
