Those look great! Did they come with that Oldsmobile script or did you add that? If so fill me in so I can do the same.

Nope that was a one or two year option. Came on the 74 deta 88 with the BB.

Very rare and can get expensive, ESP in that good shape

The bottom pic is 80-84 307 cover. 85-90 307s were usually black. Blue tips me off to earlier generation. 5 bolt holes.
The top pic is 1973-1974 only. All motors were available with the stamped Oldsmobile valve covers. 10 bolt holes.

What they said above...

The "OLDSMOBILE" ones are the ones I currently have on the car. Unfortunately, those won't be for sale. They are a 73-74 deal that I was lucky enough to score at a local parts yard.

I stripped them down to bare metal and then laid down 2 coats of primer, 4 coats of color, and 2 coats of clear. Between each coat I stopped to wet sand and make sure they were good to go. Before I cleared them, I took a green scrubby and "grained" the olds lettering which doesn't show up in these pics. Then cleared them.

It's been close to a year since I put em on the car, and they still look wet.

And J... I have a solution to the 10 holed cover... 10 holed heads! #6's sitting in the garage waiting for a little $$$ to go to the machine shop!
