hi every1 my friend has his 71 convert off the frame he needs a nice radiator support 2 get power coated with everything else, id rather buy 1 in northern CA but will pay for shipping is all else fails!! is it interchangable with other years or hard tops?? thanks again

I just learned last summer that the 1971 and 72 core supports are slightly different. They will both fit in your friends car, but if the desire is to keep it as original as possible be sure you get a 1971. I do have both so if that's important to you I can post pictures of the differences. John

 

Yes,the 71-72 supports will work on either car,but the 72 support has a slightly different appearance.On the top spear,between the headlight & grille areas,they made raised bumps on the 72's,to help clear the 72 style 'S' and Supreme grille wrap-around trim.
