My little boy busted a taillight on the car. I'm searching for a RH taillight WITHOUT a chrome trim in the middle. Hopefully I can upload a picture, this is my 1st post. Thanks for any help.

Thanks man. I actually called them this morning, they have a set of 442 tail lenses but they told me they won't fit unfortunately

 

Maybe post an ad in "Parts Wanted" section. There just might be someone with a good used one you can polish up.

That is surprising. I know Fusick obviously would know more than I about Olds parts, but I would like to know the difference. Same SAE STDB 65 ?

 

I agree. The only thing I see difference is that my lights dont have the small channel in the middle for the chrome. My light is convex right in the center and the one in the picture is concave or grooved. Thought about about ordering them anyway

 

I have never seen a different design taillight lens for a 65 F85/Cutlass/442, I have my doubts yours is actually different than the reproduction lenses.
I’m open to learning something new though. Please share what the other side looks like.

 

I zoomed in on OP's lens and Fusick's, they are the same part number.
Mighty handsome car, I might add. Kind of reminds me of... the one I have!

 

wow, that thing is in great shape. Mine has a few issues but is a great 20 footer.
