I have front fender patch panels for a 68 Cutlass but I also need the structure that is behind it.. I'm looking for the parts (left & right) that goes between the lower fender skin and the body attaching point and connects to the inner (plastic part) fender well. It goes without saying that if the outer part of the fender is rusted, so is the inner part. Nobody wants to cut off a part ruining a good fender. If someone has a fender that has been wrecked or damaged beyond economical or aesthetic repair, I would like to purchase the lower 6 to 8 inches of your damaged fender. PM if you can help.

 

At one time on eBay guy was making these braces and selling them .. check it out, I had bought a set for a 70 442.

These pieces really aren't hard to make with rudimentary tooling. I hammer formed one for my left fender. Not perfect but, good enough.
