I think he is referring to the sheet metal vacuum sprue splitter for filtered air taps off the top back of the carb's air horn. Some are teed for 2 for the price of 1.

Unfortunately this is 1970-only. One port for the choke air source and one for the TCS vent. I seem to recall that at one time someone here was machining new ones. I suspect that if you find one, it will have a Qjet attached to it.
