In need of SBO heads

I have a 403 all torn down and ready for a rebuild and I'm looking to put a little pep in it's step. Any set of SBO (#5,#6,#7,#7a) 350 heads from 1968-72 would be lovely, but i'll take what I can get.

We can discuss shipping or if your close enough to North Carolina I can go on a road trip

Thanks

I have a set of either 7 or 7a (have to check to confirm) up here in Michigan if no one has any closer to you. They are complete (valves, springs, rockers) but you'd likely want to rebuild. I'm not sure what shipping would be though. I ball-parked the wieght at 50 lbs per head and it looks like about $25/each using Greensboro as a destination. I can get a better quote on shipping once I weigh the heads and if you want to let me know what city you're in....

I'm located in Cary, how much would you like to get for them?

I'll verify which heads they are tomorrow and get a more accurate weight and give you a total price with shipping...they'll be reasonably priced though

4-ever... you got pretty close on the shipping. SBO heads are roughly 53-55 lbs. (i have weighed several sets) and cost approx $30 each to ship depending on zip.

Hi Chomp...not sure if John hooked you up with some heads yet but the ones I have are 7A's and appear to be "virgin" and in good shape. Like I said they will obviously need a rebuild but are great cores. How about $150 total with shipping?? Let me know..I have more photos if you need 'em if you wanna pm your email address.
