Looking for one that may need a little work. I don't want your $500 show piece. Not worth it to me. I also don't want one that's destroyed and that you want show piece money for. I know these are out there. Thank you!

With the obvious exception that it has "OLDSMOBILE" with "442" underneath on the decal instead of "Rocket 455" in 71. I used to have several of those things.

 

I’ve had 8-10 of those in various conditions over the past 20+ years for all of my ‘72 V Codes. They do pop up periodically. I’ll keep an eye out for you.

Thanks for keeping the eyes out fellas. I've thought about just making one out of a regular 4bbl air cleaner as I'm not looking for one for a numbers matching car or anything. I just think they look neat and would like one to clean up and put on a real nice driver. I saw one sell on here that needed work but was definitely savable the other day for $150 and I wasn't fast enough because I don't check this site every single day.

 

Not sure it meets your criteria but there is currently one for sale on this site..
